I don't like them but sometimes they might be overlooked depending on the coin. I was just curious that if you were told it isn't a fingerprint that you would find the look of the coin acceptable.
I would say no. The changes in the luster seem to be indifferent to the feature, such as a raised detail or a protected area of the field. IMO.
I am answering the question on the original coin. I can not see the 2nd coin well enough, even on the hosting site to state a strong opinion, but I would be surprised if it was either.
