Is this a error on front and back

I I'm new into collecting coins and I find it very intriguing, I recently ran across this quarter the eye is missing out of In God We Trust the rim looks funny as does the date the back side United almost non legible and quarter dollar seems a little funny also can anybody give me any information on this please and I sincerely thank you for your time

It's a normal quarter with circulation wear.
Some environmental damage also.
