Is this a die crack??

    I would say yes, it looks raised. Would like to see pictures of the full Peace Dollar - obverse and reverse please.

    Yep, die crack. That's a common location for die cracks on peace dollars

    1922's are notorious for that in exactly that position

    The Op's coin is not a Vam 2F. It does not have the die gouge below the E of Liberty.

    Die crack. It's raised. Fairly common on this date in that area.

    Agreed....I still think it will add a nice little premium to the coin when its time to sell...I only paid 21.00 for it ....$20-$21 is about average price for common date circulated Morgan/Peace dollars... I think can get $31.99 for it if i ever decide to sell it
