Is this a die chip?

    Hey, i was just wondering if this 1946 d fleck on the reverse side is a die chip, or if just damaged during circulation. Any information would be great! The fleck in question is in the lower left corner of the penny as it is seen in the picture. 20190521_070458.jpg

    Looks like damage. Could be a small lamination too. First impression is damage though. Def not a die chip.

    Could be a small Retained Lamination which are common on many Wheat Cents.

    By the looks of the rest of the coin I say damage, not a die chip.
