Meow has found this penny with flaw on the very edge of the rim. Is this still considered a cud?

It could be a "finned rim" that folded over.
A tiny cud.
Too small to be worth anything
No, it's not a tiny cud
It's a rim cud
Ok, gotcha. Thanks.
The edge is not damaged so Meow ruled out a PMD strike. If it is a finned rim, where did the extra material come from?
A very small rim cud I think.
Meow has just found a penny with a good sized die chip. Meow has made a post about it to show to you all.
It's not "extra metal". It is the metal flow that oozes between one of the dies and the retaining collar that creates a finned rim.
