Saw this weird area between the 2nd and 3rd flag. Not sure if it is raised or not. Opinions? I can’t think of anything it might match up to ......but I’ve never found a clash so thought I’d check.

A clash would be an image from the other side of the coin. Do you know how a clash occurs?

I say it's a small strike through also.

    it's a 2019 AMP quarter.
I had read about clashes and how they occur, but I couldn't line this up with any design element on the coin, but it looked like other clashes I had seen. That's why I was so unsure. There is a scratch that leads up to it, but I don't think it has anything to do with what I am seeing.

    Thanks.

Forget the Clash, hit or struck thru. Go look for W mint marks.

    Probably a strike through.

It's a hit IMO. Look at the other hits on the coin. One on the arm, another on the stairs and several on the flag poles.
