You can see it best on the 2nd obverse picture with the lights reflection. The coin doesn’t look like it’s cleaned it does look like it has bag marks and the coin still has nice luster and cartwheel effect on both sides, and the coin doesn’t show any signs of being previously dipped, any ideas what could cause this or is this an error type?
