These were not struck with impaired dies...I still don't see "bumps" on the reverse. I see only a few nicks, scrapes, and scratches that one would expect to see on a coin of this grade.
And for the sake of comparison here is the reverse of a 1821 which is a bit less worn but it gives an idea: I want to add, I do see a few raised spots in the fields of this picture, just not the quantity. It's the worn spots (eagles knuckles, wings) that have the bumps that are interesting, since it seems they should be worn flat/smooth.
