Is this a Capped Die, Dryer Coin, or Something Else?

    I found this Lincoln Memorial penny that looks like it might be a capped die. It doesn't sit very flat on the table, it has some wobble to it. I don't really see anything on the reverse. What do you think? IMG_E2621.JPG IMG_E2622.JPG IMG_E2623.JPG

    Over polished die. You’ll see that phenomenon on many 80s cents. No premium but interesting effect.

    AS @Kevin Mader said, the die is over polished. Also, the ridge ring is usually an indication that the coin was struck by a worn die.
