So could a worker just slip a single 1992 in and press a 1994 date over it?? Not with those machines. Could an engraving professional do it? possibly with skill and time, but they would be putting "s" on 1909 VDB  or "D" on 1914 no mm with their skills. There the immediate possibility of a sale and income is assured.  So the odds of such and convincing someone ( such as TPG) that it is such is a losing possibility.
