The 2017 D is thicker then any other penny I have came in counter with also it looks like the parts of the penny is showing a silvery blue finish on the front back and rim !
Your 1963 LMC is not a proof struck coin. Proof cents have a square edge. The 2017 LSC has been abraded so some of the copper plating is gone, the zinc core is exposed and turned black with oxidization.
It's a spender. It's damaged and in several years it will rot away. Zinc does that. The 1963 is nice but very common.
Looks like someone spooned that cent and then sanded the edges off. Your photo with 3 cent together shows it has a smaller diameter.
