Is this a 1936 Lincoln DDO (Type 2 perhaps), and if so what's it possibly worth?
Hi there... new here to the forum. I recently went digging through my father's old lincoln wheat penny collection, and found a few that could be valuable. This one to me is very odd - the date is not very sharp and has a "smashed" look to it, especially the "6". Under magnification there is a slight doubling on the lower loop of the "6" and right side of the "9", as seen in picture 2. Also, I noticed that the last "T" in Trust is very smashed, and there is possible doubling on the "O" and "D" in God, in my opinion.

What do you guys think? I was reading from an online resource that it could be a DDO Type 2, which is harder to find than a Type 1. It says that doubling is primarily on the date (as in my case), and some doubling can be seen on Liberty and Trust. Other than the smashed "T", I can't see any doubling on these other letters, so this is why I'm not 100% sure this is a Doubled Die Obverse.

Can you please help? I checked the PCGS price guide and it only lists value on the Type 1, which is $350 for an XF-40. I believe this is closer to an AU-50, am I correct? Would this be worth sending in to get graded?

Thanks for the help!
