Is this 1991 cent a close AM or wide A M?

Yes, but it is the right reverse for the cent.
Wide AM was used until 1993.

Can't post the links I want to to variety Vista from my phone, they won't work. The reverse and obverse varieties helped me a lot to understand what to look for.

Check Variety Vista website for reverse die varieties and obverse die varieties for Lincoln cents.

You can eventually find this info searching
    ODV-001
    RDV-001

There's more numbers for each of the design modifications but that format should bring you to variety Vista and the information I'm talking about.
