Is this 1882 CC real or fake? thoughts?

My concerns with this coin are, its a new seller with bad pics, there is a hit on the upper right breast of the eagle on the reverse, which is common for fakes. The bad pics makes it hard to say for sure, the look of the coin surface also looks off but again could just be the pics. Could I get some more experienced eyes to weigh in?

It's an authentic chinese coin.

 

He has 2 of them for sale. The photos are blurred on both. I wouldn't buy a coin that I can't get a good photo of. Other than that, I have no idea if it is real or not.

 

I do not believe I would risk the $$. The pictures are not very good and the seller is really new, so I would error on the side of caution.

 

In my opinion, it looks like every other crude Chinese fake.

 

I think it's overpriced, too...what's the market for a raw 1882-CC Morgan ?
