Is this a clipped planchet and possibly a partial clip? Also possible imprints above liberty. The 5 and C are also really close tomthe eagle with the C apst touching the branch and the 5 looking pretty funky. Probably PMD but just curious what you all thought especially with how well it hugs another half dime.
