I'm not sure about that. When I blow up the images the A on the genuine coin also appears to go over the S. It just isn't as obvious.
The "A" goes over the "S" on the genuine and on the OP's fake. SOME older fake Bar cents ARE SEEN with the "A" under the "S" but have not seen one of those since the late 1970's. The OP's coin looks to be of modern manufacture.
