Is this 1652 Pine Tree Shilling real?

  1. Do not forget it was one of our own members that helped make this happen.
    It makes me feel pride when i see someone i respect help another member .
    Ive bought a few coins from him and always felt i got a bargan in the coins i got.

    What a great piece of history, and congratulations! If you haven't already done so, read up on John Hull and the Boston mint and the circumstances of the coinage. It is a fascinating part of numismatics.
