Is there such a thing as a "Complete US Coin Type Set" 7070?

You may want to consider what I've done here. Create your own album. I had the 7070 for a long time, but hated it when I had to replace or add a coin. The plastic windows can rub the coins if they are not centered in cardboard, and all those cardboard fibers that fall out of the album on to the coins was just bothering me so bad.

I made a list, too, which goes in the front of the album. It tells where I got the coin, how much I paid, maybe a grade, and any other notes.
