Is there something wrong with my 1968 penny?

I have a 1968 no mm penny. I am new to collecting. From what I see the word we is different size lettering and e does not have equal spacing in between lines, and bottom line on e is longer. Also the b in liberty does not line up with the rest of word. Are these mistakes or normal for time period?
