I don't know if the coin has been tooled to re-engrave features. I do see a lot of heavy cleaning marks on the coin for sure. I don't know if the price is right for that coin either. Although, I myself wouldn't pay 200 Euro for that coin.

I know very little about tooling, but I like the looks of this coin. I think it is probably worth the price if there is no evidence of tampering.

If that coin is tooled, it's very minor. I don't see anything terrible. I would be more concerned about the chipped patina at 4 o'clock on the obverse. It looks like it may have been treated for BD. Is it stable, or will it erupt?

I don't really see obvious tooling on this coin -- certainly not on the obverse. Maybe the spaces between the letters on the reverse legend seem a bit over-aggressively smoothed, but the fine detail in the devices doesn't seem to exhibit the sharp edges that are normally signs of tooling.

Thanks mine mistake, the seller says it is tooled.
