Probably not, but your friends aren't too smart. They should be calling the flip of the coin, or at the least when you call "heads", ask to take a look at the coin. Dumb!

You should have taken the 3M -then you could have bought 300,000 more and sold them for 900,000,000 - and then you could have bought 900,000 more - and sold them for 2,700,000,000 - and then you could have bought 2,700,000 and sold them for 8,100,000,000 - and then.... Apparently, somebody has a 'muvee' of the 'most rarest' coin, a few 'muvee's', actually.

 

This junk is sold on Ebay all the time and the seller lists them as not a mint error but it looks like he may still be commiting a crime by altering these coins and selling them for a big profit. back about 3 years some poor Ebayer spent around 1500.00 for one of these dollar coins with a state quarter inserted into it. now you can but them off Ebay for 12.00 the seller lists them as not mint errors but how is the new owners of them going to list them for resell? probably as the real McCoy.

I recently found a two-headed Jefferson nickel so - anticipating early retirement - I called a local coin dealer. I still cringe when I recall his contemptuous laughter. Yes, I'm still working...

I hd a 1875 brass Quarter ones it wasn't plated i guess they counter fitted them back then also long lost now be funny to see it again on ebay id recognize it because it has a deep scratch on the back where i check to see if it was plated i was like 10 then
