There was a guy with a lot of their slabs in his showcase at yesterdays show. Is he the slabber? Stuff seemed overpriced to me.

When I was roll searching back in the 70's and early 80's I put together 4 complete
Jefferson roll sets and never saw a 1950-D, not one.

My comment was NOT making fun of anyone. Such a description would sound like the seller was grasping at straws, which is an all too common phenomenon in numismatics. In my opinion, it sounds as ridiculous as someone trying to sell full split beak Washington Quarters or full split tail Buffalo Nickels...Sorry MAC...

If anything, I was making fun of self slabbers and entertaining stickering operations. In honor of this, post all of your full ramp "FR" or "FADA" nickels... :p

Don't think I ever found one in circulation. This week I purchased a small collection which included a Jefferson nickle folder and a number of extra Jeffersons in small manila envelopes. Book was only half full, but included the 50-d, 39-d, etc., and all but one war nickle. Found 10 nickles in the envelopes to fit the empty holes in the book. On the outside of the envelopes was the date of the nickles inside and the face value of the nickles. Guy must have found them in circulation. Interestingly, there were four more 50-d and four more 39-d nickles. Wonder how many he looked through to find those?
