    Instead of being rude to a man who was simply being friendly and trying to help, maybe you should listen. Maybe, just maybe you could learn something, but again... from what I see it looks as if you already know it all.

    Perhaps a tad overgraded but to call it junk given all the thousands of better examples of junk you could find on the bay, your thread is pretty much pointless.

    I see a couple of hits that make me question the MS66 grade, but the toning is consistent with being either an ender or in a pressboard album. It's not my cup of tea, but some folks like the cheetah spots.

    I'm guess the coin is scanned, hence the poor looking pics.

    maybe because ngc puts their current value at 60 in ms66 and pcgs is 115. May be more indicative of either uncertainty of pricing of this grade or this coin could downgrade if crossed to pcgs.

    How much you wanna bet that if I took a photo of that coin, you wouldn't be calling it a pc of junk, and you wouldn't be willing to bet that it wouldn't sell. With the current terrible photo, you are right, that is a very optimistic price. But believe it or not, Kennedy's are tough to photograph. I have some experience with photographing Kennedy's. For example:

    All I am saying is that I am not willing to condemn the coin in the E-Bay auction based solely on those photos.

    First, I say I agree with BUncirculated.

    And to Greg: Some people just CAN'T take criticism or opinions very well.

    Yesterday, which would have been the 29th, you found silver halves for $3 each? I'll assume from that price these were 40% halves since the melt for the 90% halves is $11.36, and selling those at $8.36 under their melt value would be like putting a big sign on the front window inviting all crooks to come rob them.

    Either that's not accurate, or the owner of the antique store doesn't know what they're doing and won't be in business long selling like that.

    I don't know any store, antique or otherwise, that sells silver below spot.

    Ok I need to respond, once then I will NOT respond to this again;

    1) BooksB4coins, I assume you were saying I was being rude, not at all I simply responded with the same courtesy that gbroke did to me, I probably didnt mean anything more bu my comment than he did...Pls let it be dont stir the pot...There was a much BETTER more polite way he could have responded..

    2)Lehigh, I was just asking if I was missing something or this was just someone trying to get lucky...

    3) and Tondcoins, I agree some people just cant take critisim, they CAN dish it out but then cant take the same back

    4) BU uncirculated, if you will note many of his posts are more jokes than fact ! And many are not very funny either...

    To the people that answered my post without name calling or trying to start something, thank you !

    I would have adviced you just that. I personally like and don't mind criticism. That is the way I learned.
