My Tactic is to try to only buy from sellers I have bought from before that i have gained trust in. Unless Its either somethign I know is real dispite how goos a deal is if I feel even a tiny bit unsure I leave it alone. Of drag it here to CT. This is the place to be for INFO and help if you ask me, If this seller sold the coin as REAL and has a return policy then you sould be able to get you money back. If they listed it as I DONT KNOW IF ITS REAL and have no return policy. Then your only real foot to stand on is the Feedback he left for you. Hes claiming you sent it back to him by saying you switched coins. I dont know how much you paid for this coin, and how fare your silling to fight for you cash back. But I would suggest asking a locol dealer to write a quick note, with mention of the coin on it stateing the date, denom and fact its not authentic. Also make sure its on either a letter head from that dealer. Then BUY SOMETHING FROM THAT DEALER. He is helping you. But that also tells you that the dealer is worth dealing with again. In anycase. good luck and go gettem tiger. lol Stick it to him.[/QUOTE]
