Hes claiming you sent it back to him by saying you switched coins. I dont know how much you paid for this coin, and how fare your silling to fight for you cash back. But I would suggest asking a locol dealer to write a quick note, with mention of the coin on it stateing the date, denom and fact its not authentic.Also make sure its on either a letter head from that dealer. Then BUY SOMETHING FROM THAT DEALER. He is helping you. But that also tells you that the dealer is worth dealing with again.
