In the back of this coin I see some many marks between the words of "united states of america" and "quarter dollar". Is it an error or a damaged coin?

All I see is an environmentally damaged 1970-D quarter. Then again, I do have difficulty in turning my head 90 degrees to the right. Welcome to CT. :)

Hi, if you zooming there're another mark just on the right after the "unum" word like a little spike, no?

It's so small that it is impossible to tell what it is. The problem we have been encountering is that error hunters have been using the inexpensive, hand-held USB microscopes to point out tiny, insignificant errors that were, heretofore, considered not worth more than face value. Unfortunately, new collectors such as yourself are misled into thinking they are worth something.

I have rotated and enlarged the area in question. Maybe just a 1970 Die Chip next to the letter M :watching:
