I bought a sheet of 8 $2 bills for $32. I would have to be destitute to cut up a sheet. Now the bills are only worth $16. I guess to get a rare serial number and can sell if for $12K, it would be worth it??

I remember some paper money cut from sheet would be labelled as ‘ Cut from sheet’ by PMG.

I think the cut bill 99999999's value has already been affected. If graded with PMG, it will be labelled with "Cut from the sheet". No wonder its value is much less than the average price of $25000 because it can be seen as non-original.
