Is Elagabalus Really Wearing a Desiccated Bull Phallus on his Head?

I've tentatively assigned it as RIC 112, but as you can see below, RIC doesn't say 112 has a bearded portrait. Maybe "bearded" is only a relevant distinguishing feature for bust 5b (no cuirass), and 5d's can come either way?
