Is Currency Dead?

Thank You for your service. My older brother resigned from the Naval Reserve and joined the 82nd Airborne. Our older brother, who was in the 101st Airborne, kidded his brother about being in the Navy, and not being able to "hack" the paratroops, until he resigned the Naval Reserve and joined the Army's 82nd.
Both served peacetime and both were injured on maneuvers. The brother in the 82nd broke an ankle on a jump. The brother in the 101st received shrapnel in his chest when a Bazooka round blew up in the tube.
