Is coin authentic?

Hello everyone, new to this community. Can some experienced members give me their opinions on this Alexander the Great coin? Do you think it's real? I just purchased it.

You should have posted this question over on the 'ancients' forum........those guys (almost said gays [kripes, I didn't mean that])know their stuff. @desertgem could maybe move it?
