Is a U.S. $2 Bill worth more than $2?

    I've had many $2 bills and all were worth face.

    Really the only ones I've seen that are worth $3-5 are the red seal notes from 50-60 years ago and also highly depends on condition even there.

    1976 are all just worth $2 unless you find one with a stamp on them (typically a city would be stamped as well, maybe worth more if you live in that local city/town) and needs to be UNC.

    Rarely, if a new date happens to have a low serial or a radar, etc. Probably more than $2.

    No disrespect intended @xCoin-Hoarder'92x , but series 1976 $2 Minneapolis Star, and Kansas City Star are worth way more than face, even in circulated condition. This is a sample of Fr.1935-I* (76 $2 Minny Star) in past auctions from Heritage Auctions.
