CAC and Eagle eye photo seals are the only stickers that should command any premium. Coins with CAC stickers are reviewed by John Albanese who is a well known coin grading expert who is giving his opinion that the coin is a very good quality coin. This is why people pay a premium for CAC stickered coins. Eagle Eye Photo seals are stickers from Rick Snow a well known expert of Flying Eagle and Indian Cents. He has published many works and varieties on the subject of Indian Cents so he has the expertise to determine whether or not a coin is accurately graded and attributed. Companies like WINGS do exist....but who is the expert stickering the coin? Even if WINGS genuinely wants to grade accurately I doubt seriously they have any expertise to do it. Also since they do world coins.....they would need an army of experts since world coins are a HUGE range of different coins. If the "expert" placing the stickers on the coins is not well respected then the sticker should be given the same value as a 3rd tier slab.
