Apparently IRA counterstamps are quite rare, so I didn&#039;t feel comfortable bidding on then.</p><p><br /></p><p>As far as &quot;RIRA&quot; counterstamps are concerned, I do have one in my collection. It was bought from a UK collector who&#039;s a member of this forum who acquired it from change. I definitely feel this is authentic.
