Iran 1982 2 Rials error or normal?

Posting a pic.. the six coins on the bottom in the one picture all have the same sort of imprint under the actual design. I posted the obverse and reverse of a "normal" one on the top. Would this be considered an error coin or is this normal for Iranian coins. I ask if its normal because its not the first time I've seen it but the amount for this date seems high.

yeah, i think that might be it too. it just seemed so prevalent among the roll that I got.
