At least you were able to create an account, three or four times in the last couple weeks I have tried to create an on-line account with them. Robot reply is either account hasn't been approved yet or the verification is in the inbox, but it never is.

Good guess but still nothing. So I tried a different email address and it worked. I don't remember ever setting up junk/spam autodelete... for whatever reason it appears that the verification couldn't make it through the Cox spamfilter.

 

the replies scored like 3.5 on spamassisn - so take that for what it is worth. I got an email back from them today upon the receipt of my email inquiry and they have it and it will be done in a month or two
