Yes - you join with a family membership and we send a thank you note, by email and with a postage stamp.
I sent it ten for their April special, too. I received an email from them two days after they received it saying they wait two days before opening packages because of covid.
Two weeks for 20+ coins, phhh that's nothing with todays limited work force and the mails inconsistencies. I thought this was a belated April fools joke or that maybe you had partied a little too hard just before making this post, as the information was sporadic with spelling error, which is a little unlike your normal posts.
they'll say "covid-related problems" seems to be the excuse from late mail to no toilet paper. So late grading of coins might chime right in there. Just have faith, since you have trackers you are covered. Hope you get great results from the grade.
You should be able to go to your account and see them listed as the newest order with no grades. Takes about 3 weeks or so, though they have a $1 & 1¢ special, so it might take a while.
Heck, I would have read-up, boned-up and if necessary called-up ahead of time to ask questions, if necessary, before ever sending them in...esp if my first time there...so that I knew just what to expect for my money. Just common cents to me.
