I go through a lot of foreign coins and I have never seen anything like this before. I don't read Arabic, nor do I know much about Islamic Coins. I believe this coin could be Qajar dynasty or from the Mughal empire. Let me know if you have any information about the coin. It weighs 1.83 grams and has a diameter of 22.4-23.1mm.

Robidoux Pass suggested this coin is potentially a fantasy coin used by the Bedouin tribe for niqabs (face veils). Let me know if anyone out there has any other information about it!

Somehow it doesn't look like Arabic to me. idk, though. Might it be Persian or Indian? Whatever it is, I like it. I do like the idea Robidoux suggested, though.

I think you are on the right track, a loose "jeweler's copy" of Ottoman type, intended for costume decoration.
