Don't be so rude. We have all seen these threads devolve into exactly what I described. Is it really necessary to pluck out each new example as it comes about, in addition to the individuals examples I've already posted, in order keep the outline all the spam that enters the list through these threads? Or can you and others just act like mature men and have self control? As cave_troll has said, we would love to participate in threads relating to precious metal values and the affects on coins and we should have the ***right*** to do so in the US Coins section without feeling like we are being pitched to by a sleezy used car salesman.

Nuff said on this for the time being.

    Okay guys, enough is enough.

Personal attacks are not tolerated at CoinTalk. That includes retaliatory attacks, no matter how "justified" the poster thinks they are.

Every post has a little red triangle at the upper right. If you think someone is making inappropriate posts of any type whatsoever, just click on that icon and it will give you a form on which to make your complaint to the Administrator and all Moderators. Except, perhaps, for the wee small hours of the morning in North America, at least one of those people will see it without too much delay.

If any of thme agrees that there is something improper being posted, appropriate action will be taken.

That action will range from doing nothing, through sending a warning PM to the offender, editing of the offending post, and closing or removal of the thread, to suspension or banning of the offender.

The wonderful civility of this forum compared to others that most of us are familiar with, will be best preserved by a little tongue biting coupled with red triangle clicking.

To quote Ruben's last post "Nuff said."
