Interesting shipping charge

    It happens all the time on eBay. It can be insurance. It can be other things.

    To appear at the top if you sort by lowest price:

    To 'discourage' overseas orders (bearing in mind some merchants offer free shipping):

    It also helps the merchant if you return the goods. You don't get a refund on shipping, so it's better for them if it's all shipping.
