Says mint mark is W, West Point with full Bann?

It says nothing about a W mintmark. The W is the initial of the designer. There are close up photos of this.

The second strike must have hit the camera lens.

 

I'm not sure where you are referring to, but my window doesn't show any "Report item button." Seller has three other items listed but I didn't take the time to see what they said. Hope eBay takes some action to discourage these type of listings.

eBay makes it small
