Maybe more close to the middle. At $850, the average price is near $150 each. At $400, the average would be near $65 each. Unless there is something special about these, i.e., "Seven Hills Hoard" (whatever that is), they are common enough where $150 is a lot more than I would be willing to pay for each one. But then again, I'm cheap as Steve likes to remind me.

Ignoring the slabs, and if ALL of them are generic/common reverses, they are all about $35-$60 at most each.

I have to concede about $60.00 maximum each seems about right!!

The Seven Hills Hoard is a fabrication, like the so-called Colosseum Hoard, found only on NGC slabs, read this. You will not find it in any scholarly sources.

It's one thing to over-grade coins, but it's another thing altogether to BLANTANTLY FABRICATE a pedigree. I am ashamed of and embarrassed for NGC.

Slabs = Marketing. Same as the Hoard name-dropping. Or as we used to say: Marketing Horse-Puckey...

That's pretty crappy to just make up a hoard like that just to scam people.

One day I'm going to go to a coin show and buy a bunch of generic Gordian III denarii and send them in to NGC to be labeled as the Sallent Hoard. That way my name can be remembered long after I'm gone. Probably cheaper and more effective than a fancy tomb stone.
