Interesting coin found metal detecting

    What in the world is this doing in the
    dirt in Tennessee? 20190328_164817.jpg 20190328_164416.jpg it was going pretty lowsey till i found that. I know its not valuable but wow Vatican city aluminum!!!!!! Here's the rest some Lincoln cents, Rosie dimes and Jefferson nickels. Oh yea a dog vaccination tag from 1954. 155380647822354133858.jpg thanks for looking!!!!!!

    Just a guess...but suppose someone made a "pilgrimage" to the Vatican City, bought a souvenir, received this and/or other coins as change, then lost it where you found it.

    Seems like an obvious 'theme' on the circa early 50's. Too bad there wasn't a 1952 'mint in box' Mickey Mantle rookie card too.
