Hi, i came across this the other day, and it appears to be a type of doubling to me. But I am not sure if it is anything that unusual. I am new to this forum and to error coins, so any help would be appreciated! I have been reading some posts and learning a lot, but still not sure what this is.

Notice the P, and also the R, U, S, T in TRUST. There are a few others. The rest of the coin seems normal.

    Any idea what this is?

    Thanks

Okay, thanks JPaul. I figured it was not something to get too excited about. But was curious. Your coin look here looks like it has the same issue. Is it worth saving? Or nothing really.

    Thanks

It's not worth saving unless you want to keep an example of what coins look like that have been struck with worn dies.
