    Has an ball under the tie and the bottom of the t and the back of his suit. Real Error?

    Not an error. Judging by the corrosion, I think you have a case of zinc rot. Otherwise, it might be a very large plating blister. See http://www.error-ref.com/blisteredplating/

    I agree.. Zinc Rot. Very common and not collectable. Worth 1c
