So I had a friend of mine with zero knowledge on coins. Try to purchase me a second coin . And yes I know it’s immoral and unfair but I did it as a chance to get one . As I missed out in 2019 . I offered him 130 to buy one for me and I’d send him the money before hand . He said Na just pay me if I get it. He thought the order didn’t go through and then it said sold out . Well he gets a email yesterday saying his order went through. Then sends me a link of one selling for 600 on eBay. Asking if thats the same coin . I’m like yeah, how about i give you 350 then. And he gives me a story of needing the money ( step dad got him a job making over 100k and has no kids or drug habit etc lol and mom pays cell phone bill etc ) and he would sell it to me for 600 depending on what ebay shows for pricing once the coin gets delivered.

Now would you guys be a little peeved? I kinda get his point of view . And he’s going to now try for the medal coming on the 9th and is looking at all the stuff now . but he agreed to do it for 150 and I even offered more .

I eventually said “just keep it. But imagine if the coin ended up being worth 20-30$ and I said well sorry you didn’t accept the prepayment. But I don’t want the coin ttyl buddy” I’ve yet to get a response.

Please don’t bash me for doing this . I’m sure dealers etc do it with 100’s of people .
