The OP replied to the rudeness with an expletive-filled tirade. I reported it, and it was removed by the moderators. This is a YN-friendly site, after all. I posted that I reported it so everyone else who saw it would know it was already seen. Once they removed the post my comment no longer had any context.

I also agree that the OP did at least search out this site, and join, and single out coins of interest to them. That is so much better than doing nothing. I suspect our group apologies are wasted on the OP, who swore (literally) to leave and never come back. But they should not be wasted on each other - we should have done better.

If I were the OP, I would've done the same. The first reply she got was shameful.

I'm torn between the lack of google attempts by folks to look up minimal information (it happens all over my stamp and train sites) and just "asking" for real help... And the fact the OP took the time to photo and post I welcome him/her. I was scathed the first time here as to my nyandw name, obnoxious nonsense. Unfortunately, it appears Alexia "may" not have the stomach to put up with the "superior" tome presented, by some. The well known long time posters might just dial it back a bit and let a newbie post once before the "blast"? Maybe?
