    Thanks for that info. Most notes I've looked at today (so not that many) don't seem to have any Letter designation. Why not? Or am I missing something?

    And @Cheech9712 I also said to myself the ink ran out on the back. Or the engraver stopped working 1/3 of the way through his assignment. :)

    Yep, certainly still in business.
    Back when I attended Mohawk Valley Community College we lived off campus, a block from the brewery. The 1888 Tavern above the tour reception area had samples after the tour. Two big frosted mugs of pilsner or root beer. Myself and two roommates soon took the tour. After a couple weeks we didn’t have to take the tour. We’d go up the narrow stairway off the reception area and go right to beer o’clock. We’d talk to the tour takers with local knowledge. After a few more weeks, we would guide tour groups ourselves. Labor of love.
