Otherwise , they are never known to have married into any clans of the present-day Gujar caste.</p><p>Lastly, prior to 13th century there is no evidence of a Tribal people called Gujars made up of Kasanas, Khatanas, Bainslas etc (Gujar clans)...in fact the first mention of the topography and demography of Gurjara was by Jain monk Uddotana Suri in Kuvalayamala Kaha , he mentions Kshatriyas, Bhils, Jains, Vanijs, Brahmins etc but no community called Gujar.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
