A few things for clarification: So, we are talking 200 coins. ALWAYS pay attention to exactly what is said. If this is what was said, then they are most likely rolls of G/VG coins. You did not note that all letters are completely visible, but that all letters are "at least" PARTIALLY visible. Fine and better grades require that all letters be complete. Furthermore, "LIBERTY" is only one aspect that determines a grade. By the description, I would only be able to assume that the coins would, for the majority, be G/VG coins. 15 + 70 = 85 There are 200 coins, right? What are the other 115? Or is this 15% and 70% (which still only gives you 85%, so I would have to assume the other 15% are 1850's-1860's?) Nevertheless, you would still want to price the rolls as though they were 1900's rolls. As well, there is a bad habit of people lumping in wheaties as IHC coins. MAKE SURE they are all truly IHC. Like I said, it sounds like they are rolls of G/VG coins. If there truly are coins that are higher grade, then the price would most definitely be higher. However, you would need to know that the coins were not damaged and, thus, non-collectible. If the coins are non-collectible, then there is no premium, and may actually lower their value below G/VG depending on the damage. It would be safest for you to act upon these rolls as if they were lower grade, common 1900's IHCs unless you are able to validate the actual content of the rolls to make a better determination on their contents.
