Here is the response that I received from my Gujarat buddy, Shivraj. Yes the coin is from Gujarat, reading the text I googled it and found the lady is the mother of a famous saint in Gujarat called Rang Avadhoot aka (Paduranga Vitthal Valame). His ashram is located at Nareshwar, a small village near Vadodara on the bank of river Narmada.
