Incorrectly cut $20

    Hi guys,
    I came across a $20 bill that isn't cut across the top. It has about 1/2" white strip across the top, making it oversized. How unusual is this to find one not correctly cut?

    Can you scan a picture of the note?
    It would help to know the position letter and number.
